Changsha Huaqiutong Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (Changsha Huaqiutong) was founded in 2018. To meet business growth needs, the Shenzhen subsidiary — Shenzhen Huaqiutong International Logistics Co., Ltd. — was established in 2021, forming a dual-hub structure of the Changsha company plus the Shenzhen operations center.

The company is deeply engaged in China–US cross-border logistics. It holds NVOCC (non-vessel operating common carrier) and US FMC qualifications, and is an Alibaba premium logistics service provider, an Amazon SPN certified service provider and an Amazon FIST certified carrier, holding tier-1 agency contracts with multiple ocean carriers. Operations are supported by an in-house system under a dedicated one-role-one-staff service model.

Self-owned warehouses are deployed across South China, East China and overseas. The inbound inspection rate reaches 95%, with hazardous goods screened upfront to safeguard customs clearance. Transit times are fulfilled strictly in line with the quoted reference schedule, with compensation guaranteed for delays. One-stop services span consolidation and warehousing, export customs declaration, ocean freight, US local customs clearance, overseas warehouse management and domestic final-mile delivery — delivering stable and efficient end-to-end US ocean freight solutions for cross-border e-commerce sellers.
