EU to Add €2 Parcel Handling Fee from November, Raising Cross-Border Costs

The EU plans to charge a €2 handling fee per product category from 1 November, on top of the €3 customs duty introduced in July, pushing up the cost of direct-to-consumer shipments into Europe.
